Approximately '''two weeks before the start''' of the course, the course coordinators of the mentioned courses receive an email with the request to indicate whether support is desired, and if so, to provide a schedule with teacher and subject per lecture . This helps us plan support.

Once the first recording has been made and is online, the CPIO will send the students of the course a link to the recordings via an '''announcement in BlackBoard''', including a link to instructions on how to best use the recordings when to study.

For other courses at the Faculty of Science, we can support incidental recordings, but for multiple recordings, for example for a course, we have to charge hours.
