Approximately &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;two weeks before the start&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; of the course, the course coordinators of the mentioned courses receive an email with the request to indicate whether support is desired, and if so, to provide a schedule with teacher and subject per lecture . This helps us plan support.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Once the first recording has been made and is online, the CPIO will send the students of the course a link to the recordings via an &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;announcement in BlackBoard&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, including a link to instructions on how to best use the recordings when to study.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For other courses at the Faculty of Science, we can support incidental recordings, but for multiple recordings, for example for a course, we have to charge hours.&lt;br /&gt;

# Add the first slide of each piece (this is often skipped with the automatic slide detection)&lt;br /&gt;
# Add thumbnail (the first slide, usually the PowerPoint title page, becomes the starting image).&lt;br /&gt;
# Discard excess slides (for videos in the recording, a new slide is generated every 2 seconds, in this case 40 excess slides out of 93)&lt;br /&gt;
# Publish these two parts and delete the original&lt;br /&gt;
